Adairsville is a city in Bartow County, Georgia, United States. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 4,878. Adairsville is approximately halfway between Atlanta and Chattanooga on Interstate 75. It is 12 mi south of Calhoun, 18 mi northeast of Rome and 61 mi north of Atlanta.
Adairsville is an exurban city at the northwest edge of metro Atlanta, at 34.36833°N, -84.92833°W (34.368925, −84.928212). U.S. Route 41 passes through the city, leading north to Calhoun and south to Cartersville. Interstate 75 runs through the eastern part of the city, with access from Exit 306 (State Route 140).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 23.6 km2, all land.

Indigenous peoples have inhabited the Americas for thousands of years.
